- Let me guess, you are connecting to Hayes Optimas. :) I had the exact
- same problem. I thought it would be fixable via an init-string
- adjustment, but my connects just got worse and worse every day. So, I
- switched ISP's (who use Sportsters (both v.34 and v.34+ versions). If I
- hit one of the v.34+ Sportsters, I'll get a 31.2k or 33.6k connect every
- time.
